Protect Me

Panel One

Emily, roaming around the great outdoors, comes across Marcellus, who notices a strange object that she is carrying.  Marcellus asks, “What’s that you got there Emily?”

Emily gleefully replies, “An umbrella.”

“Why do you have an umbrella?” Marcellus curiously asks.

Panel Two

Emily explains, “To protect me from the rain.”

Perplexed, Marcellus raises an eyebrow, and exclaims, “But it isn’t raining.”

Panel Three

Marcellus, unsure whether or not Emily is crazy, is stunned as she proudly tells him, “Exactly!”
